A little something from behind the paw prints 🐾❤️
We don’t think we say this enough, so we wanted to take a moment to talk about the people behind Happy Dogz and Catz Animal Care.
What started as a small idea in 2020 has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. We now service Etobicoke and Campbellford, and along the way, we’ve gained a whole lot of four-legged friends who have become part of our everyday lives.
And honestly, that’s the best part.
We learn personalities. Who needs to sniff every single blade of grass, who thinks every squirrel is a five-alarm emergency, who turns every walk into an Olympic event, and which cats think hide-and-seek is their personal specialty.
Your pets aren’t just appointments to us.
They’re individuals we genuinely care about.
But there’s a lot more to running a pet care business than what you see during a dog walk or cat visit.
Behind the scenes there’s scheduling, route planning, communication, social media, networking, insurance, police checks, training, supplies and a whole lot of time and effort making sure everything runs smoothly.
That’s the reality of running a small business. There’s a lot of work that never makes it onto Facebook, but it all matters.
And the reward? We get to build something we’re proud of, create relationships with our clients and their pets, and do something we genuinely love every day.
We know there are lots of choices when it comes to pet care, from big companies and apps to independent businesses like ours.
When you choose a small local business, you’re choosing real people.
When you book with us, recommend us, share our posts, tag us or leave us a review, it genuinely makes a difference.
We see it as someone choosing us, and we feel that support.
