Yes it's true - I am retiring!
It has been an incredible privilege to care for your dogs over the years.I will truly miss the wonderful dogs and amazing clients who have walked through my doors. Thank you for the trust you placed in me and for allowing me to be part of your dogs' lives.
I didn't want to simply close the doors. I wanted to leave the facility in capable hands, and I'm confident I have. Willow Acres has been taken over by Noble K9, a professional dog training and boarding company that has cared for and trained thousands of dogs since 2018. They share my devotion to the dogs, and I trust them to look after yours the way I always did. Many of the familiar faces you know, including Monica, are staying on, so your dogs will still see the people who know and love them.
If I can leave you with one small piece of advice: set up your account with their new system, Gingr, even if you don't need boarding right now. It only takes a minute, and it means that whenever you do need them, booking will be quick and easy from your phone.
- Set up your account here: https://noblek9.portal.gingrapp.com/public/new_customer
- Or download the Gingr for Pet Parents app and enter invite code 486385 to find the facility.
A couple of things worth knowing: Noble K9 is also a wonderful training company, so if you ever need help with your dog's training, they offer a free phone consultation at https://noblek9.ca/book-a-call (training is at their St. Agatha location). And their boarding team can always be reached at [email protected].
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for letting me be part of your dogs' lives all these years. I'm leaving you in good hands.
With gratitude,
Annette
