You may have noticed a new face on the road with our team 🩺

Tess is a 4th year student from the Ontario Veterinary Collage. Before vet school she completed a degree in animal biology at the University of Guelph. Hoping to pursue a career in equine medicine, she especially loves lameness and neonatal medicine. Outside of school, she enjoys horseback riding, playing the guitar and spending time with family and friends.

We are so lucky to have Tess with us for next 2 month for her externship! ⭐️

⭐️ Continuing Education Spotlight!

RVT Brooke attended an event this past weekend at King Animal Hospital where she was immersed in a full day of lectures and hands-on labs led by some of the top veterinarians in our industry!

Some of the highlights include:
- dental anatomy and dental X-rays 🦷
- understanding the lower airway and ultrasound practice 🫁
- understanding navicular syndrome 👣
- presentation on fractures, injuries, and how to stabilize them 🦴
- bandaging lab 🩹
- surgery prep and IV catheter placement lab 💉
