Scattered debris and fallen trees from last night's storm made for fun and technical obstacles to overcome on today's adventures. Snakes, turtles, and squirrels were on the interest list today as the dogs watched with envy through the thickets and riverbanks. A great day for group sniffs and a slower pace to soak it all in.

Keeping to the shade and with a relaxed pace, the dogs enjoyed their adventures today with plenty of opportunities for frog spotting, sniffing gross things, and some 'friendly greetings' to dogs from the west side gang in passing.

With the heat today, we stuck to riverbank trails for the breeze and relief if needed. A great day for squirrel watching...
