Hello neighbours ! I wanted to formally introduce myself as the new owner of the Paws Pet Food on Elbow- soon to be !
You may already know me from my other two locations, as well as many of the staff in the store.
We took over paws on June 1, and have had a busy summer doing some fun and great sales ! We will be ending these big sales (will continue to do some great monthly ones, food included !) on September 1. I wanted to give everyone in the neighborhood a little heads up !
As many people have asked, we are not closing down. We are keeping all the great things Mark had in the store and adding in more things and myself and my teams personal touch.
Starting tomorrow we are implementing the treat Thursday discount (15% off treats every Thursday!).
Mark has been looking to sell for a couple of years, and made a personal match with pet planet. He reached out and wanted his legacy (36 years) to go to somewhere with the same mindset he had before. As a competitor of his for years I can say we had a love and hate relationship with each other. Over the last couple of months it’s been all love and I’ve taken such great wisdom from him. He’s a great guy.
We will be having some coffee and snacks for him at his 17th location on Aug 29th that I would like to invite everyone to as he starts his retirement !
