IMPORTANT UPDATE (Twirl N Whirl Postponed)

Well, construction waits for no one - so we’re taking a quick raincheck! Due to upcoming building work that couldn't be pushed back, we’re postponing our Twirl N Whirl to October. We know schedule changes are a pain, but we’re taking it all in stride and working hard behind the scenes to make sure the rescheduled event goes as smooth as possible!

New Event Dates: October 16–18

What You Need to Know:
* Entry Roll-Overs & Refunds: Please email us if you would like your entries rolled over to the October dates or if you prefer a full refund. Anyone we don’t hear from, we will reach out to in the coming weeks.

* Announcer: We are thrilled to share that Jordan Pancoast will be on the mic for our new dates!

* Ground Crew: OCD earthworx will be handling the ground to ensure a safe, top-tier setup for all our barrel racers.

* Contact Us: Reach out to [email protected] with any questions or with your entry/refund preferences.

Please note: We are working diligently to get through everyone’s messages and will be returning emails as quickly as we possibly can. We truly appreciate your patience while our small team handles the responses!

Thank you all for your continued support. We are so excited for October and can’t wait to see everyone there! 🤠✨
