🎉 Please join us in celebrating Dr. Cecilia Guedes, DVM! 🎉

Many of you already know Cecilia, who has been a familiar face at Aspen Animal Hospital as a Technical Assistant while completing the requirements to practice veterinary medicine in Canada.

Originally a veterinarian in Brazil, Cecilia has been a valued part of our team, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing her bring her compassion, dedication, and genuine love for her patients to our clinic every day. 🐾❤️

Today, we’re thrilled to celebrate an incredible achievement with her. Cecilia has successfully passed her qualifying examinations and is officially joining our veterinary team as Dr. Cecilia Guedes, DVM! 🩺🎓

Starting October 5, Dr. Guedes will be seeing patients at Aspen Animal Hospital on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome her into this next chapter of her veterinary career, and we know many of you will be just as excited to see her in her new role!

Congratulations, Dr. Guedes! We are so proud of you! 🐶🐱💙

🐾 Remember Me Thursday, September 24 💜

Today is Remember Me Thursday, a day to shine a light on the millions of orphaned pets waiting in shelters and rescues for a loving home.

Every pet deserves a family, a safe place to call home, and the chance to be remembered. Whether you're ready to adopt, foster, volunteer, or support a local rescue, even a small act of kindness can make a difference.

Let's help raise awareness for the incredible pets still waiting for their forever families. 💜

If you've adopted a rescue pet, we'd love to see them! Share a photo and tell us their story in the comments.

Adopt. Foster. Volunteer. Remember. 🐶🐱
