Not One More Vet (NOMV) is an organization focused on supporting mental health within the veterinary community. It was created after the loss of a veterinarian to su***de, with the goal of making sure no one in the profession feels like they have to struggle alone. Veterinary work can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with a lot of emotional stress, long hours, and pressure that can take a serious toll over time. NOMV helps provide support, resources, and a sense of community for those who need it.

With the recent loss in the veterinary industry over the weekend, it feels especially important to talk about this and spread awareness. These losses are a heartbreaking reminder of how much support is still needed. Checking in on one another, showing kindness, and being open about mental health can truly make a difference. Sharing NOMV’s message is one small way to help support the people who give so much of themselves every day, and to honor those we’ve lost.
