Feeling so incredibly grateful today ! My summer clients have been AMAZING and my fall private walking schedule is 90% booked out! I am Calgary based, andI service the Tuscany and Watermark areas exclusively. I work privately with dogs of all temperaments but I do specialize in rescues and reactive/traumatized dogs. 🐾❤️

I have a rare long weekend space available this weekend for those last minute travellers, or if you’ve had someone cancel!

I do dog boarding in my home, for a family pet experience. As the only furry pet in my home, your dog will be loved like my own while you have a worry-free trip. No need to socialize in a kennel environment if that’s not their personality! We keep the routines as similar to your home environment as possible.

Only public grass for these pups.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I believe very firmly that a huge part of my job when caring for any species is teaching them to be good citizens. And while lots of dogs like to harmlessly “read their mail” as we walk, it’s never acceptable to “leave a package” on someone’s beautifully mowed and well-loved property. I keep them away until they learn the difference. There are lots of fun scents in the public areas too.

When we are walking in our local neighbourhoods, there are a lot of proud homeowners and proud gardeners. These properties deserve respect. These neighbours deserve respect. Sometimes it’s a bit of a learning curve, but all of my pups have learned to p*e and p**p on public grass whenever possible. Sometimes I have to walk on the road until they learn that they can’t go in certain areas, but they all learn eventually. Occasionally they have an emergency, but it’s cleaned up quickly. I find that my pups are welcomed more in spaces because the neighbours are aware that we’re making the effort to be considerate on our end. I think that makes all the difference. Consideration breeds consideration. Respect breeds reciprocal respect. That’s a good lesson for any species to learn.❤️🐾

I’m so excited to announce that my July dates for dog sitting are now FULL!

For those looking for August availability, I offer sitting in my home only. This experience is geared towards the pup who doesn’t do well in group or kennel environments. I offer a “home away from home” atmosphere in which your pet is the only dog in our home (I only accept multiple dogs from the same family), and we emulate their home routine as much as possible. Your pup will be loved by myself and my sons and treated like family during their stay.

As a former dayhome owner, I treat the pups the same as I did the children in my care, with food served to their specifications and routine, daily outdoor time and walks, cuddles and naps and lots of playtime. Of course, you will receive regular “pup-dates” so you can see them and how they spent their day!

I have experience caring for both intact and fixed dogs, allergies (food and environmental), aging dogs, dogs with diabetes and epilepsy. I take your concerns seriously since I believe you should have peace of mind when you are away.
