Meet Rascal, Properties Animal Clinic’s Pet of the Month for October!

Rascal is a sweet 13-year-old Pomeranian mix who is happily enjoying his golden years. Whether he’s curled up on the couch, snoozing in bed, or just hanging out with his family, Rascal knows how to enjoy the good life!

Rascal recently came in to see Dr. Kangai for his 6-month senior exam. Did you know that dogs and cats over the age of 7 are considered seniors and should have a checkup every 6 months? These regular visits help us keep an eye on their health and catch any changes early.

We’re so happy to celebrate this handsome guy as our October Pet of the Month! Rascal is a wonderful reminder that getting older just means there’s more time for naps, cuddles, relaxing and being spoiled by the people who love you most. We hope he continues to enjoy many more happy and cozy days with his family!

Dear Clients,

Well folks… it’s that dreaded time of year again…. INVENTORY!

Yes, that magical time when we count absolutely everything in the clinic and question why we have 47 of something we thought we were out of.

To give our team enough time to count, organize, reconcile, and survive the inventory madness, Properties Animal Clinic will be closing early at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28th.

We will reopen bright-eyed, bushy-tailed (hopefully!) and ready to go at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29th.

If your pet has an emergency while we are closed, please contact one of the following 24-hour emergency hospitals:

VCA Canada Calgary North
4204 4th Street NW, Calgary, AB
403-277-0135

VCA Canada CARE Centre
7140 12th Street SE, Calgary, AB
403-520-8387

Paramount 24 Hour Animal Hospital
4110 – 5111 Northland Drive NW, Calgary, AB
403-300-9111

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we tackle the annual inventory beast.

Wish us luck… and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.
