At Pawmer, we try medical management first, but sometimes it isn’t enough. For Daisy, surgery was the next step to help her ear heal and make her feel more comfortable.

Treating the underlying ear infection is just as important to reduce the head shaking and scratching that can cause these painful, blood-filled swellings. 🐾

It’s RVT Month, and we’re celebrating our amazing Jamie! 🐾💚

You may see her giving treats, comforting your pets, or helping during appointments, but so much of what Jamie does happens behind the scenes. From preparing for procedures and monitoring anesthesia to running lab samples, organizing supplies, keeping equipment ready, and making sure a hundred little details are taken care of, she helps keep our entire clinic running.

She’s a nurse, an organizer, a problem-solver, a patient advocate, and such an essential part of our team. Through it all, she brings kindness, skill, and so much love to the pets in her care.

Jamie, we see how much you do, and we appreciate you more than we can say. Pawmer wouldn’t be the same without you! 💚

🍂🐾 Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Pawmer Vet Clinic! 🧡

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closed Monday, October 12th for Thanksgiving and will reopen on Tuesday, October 13th!

If your furry family member needs any prescriptions, food, or supplies, please give us a call by Friday, October 9th so we can get everything ready before the long weekend!

Becka comes to us with lots of experience working in veterinary medicine — and she’s actually a familiar face to Dr. Chavonne, as they worked together at a previous clinic!

🦷 Meet Ollie! 🐾

Ollie came in after fracturing his upper fourth premolar (tooth 108) while chewing on a hard bone. Unfortunately, the tooth needed to be extracted to keep him comfortable and prevent infection.

This reel takes you behind the scenes of his dental procedure—from anesthetic monitoring and dental X-rays to extraction and recovery. We’re happy to report that Ollie did great! ❤️
