Please be aware we still have a staff member in isolation for another day or so and because of child care constraints of other staff we again will be closing at 4pm tomorrow. We will be open Saturday from 10am-1pm and will hopefully be able to resume our regular hours next week.

Please be aware, we have a staff member in quarantine and have had to make a temporary adjustment to our hours. On Friday January 14th we will be closing at 4pm. We will be open our scheduled hours on Saturday (10am-1pm) for food and medication pick up. We will give as much notice as possible if further adjustments have to be made.

We wanted to give everyone a heads up that we have shifted hours a bit next week due to Remembrance Day.

We will open from 11am-7pm on Tuesday and will be closed on Thursday.

Apparently, yesterday was International Dog Day. Who knew the lesser species had a day? Oh well, maybe we'll remember it next year.

We wanted to warn people and get the word out, we just saw one of our patients and discovered she had been shot with a pellet gun. She's okay and the pellet stayed superficial. She lives in the Bridgeland area. Our client will be reporting the incident to the police.

Exciting news! We have cardboard bowls back in stock. They have updated the design slightly, so we just ordered in a few to see what changes they made. There are new colours, the legs are a slightly different shape, and the bowl portion is ever so slightly wider. It comes in the fun pattern in the photo, white and grey zigzag, and green and brown zigzag. We can't request specific colours when we order, but if we have them in stock we will set aside the colour requested.

Hi everyone,

Just in case the email went to spam or promotional folders we wanted to let you know we sent out an update today with our plan for letting humans in to the clinic again.

We are waiting until all of our staff are 2 weeks past their second vaccination and we will only be allowing 1 person in the exam room and will require proof of vaccination for that person.

If you haven't had a chance to read the email explaining exactly what we are doing and why, please do so. If you did not receive it let us know and we can send it to you directly rather than through our general email system. It has a lot of detail about our thought process and is too lengthy for a Facebook post. (Don't worry, it's not 12 pages 🙂).

Our goal has always been to keep everyone safe and remain open to take care of our patients. With your support and understanding we have managed to do so through what is hopefully the worst of the pandemic.

We are looking forward to seeing you in person again soon!

Please be cautious with any cats, or dogs, that go outside near Confederation Park and call the police if you see any suspicious activity.

Police said because Confederation is popular for families with young children and pets, the incidents are "even more concerning."

It's just a few flakes....

Just a heads up, we have staff who can't get off their streets right now. We are open, barely. I will do my best, but with just me here the phones will be on hold for longer and pick ups will be delayed. We may have to shorten our hours today to make sure everyone (me) can get home. If you are planning to pick up food/medication please don't wait until the end of the day.
