Chip! You're 10! How the heck you made it to 10 I will never know! Here are a few of our little adventures over the last couple weeks we will have to do a few micro adventures for him this weekend to celebrate.

"Just sit outside."
Something my Dr. had added at my 6 month check up when I finally admitted to her that I was really sore and feeling quite useless this pregnancy. Other than some mobility, stretches and a daily walk I've been resting a lot to try and relieve chronic pain flare ups along with an entirely new and almost constant abdominal ligament pain and instability in addition to body weakness and added surprises of other hilariously awful pregnancy symptoms. My brain translates rest as uselessness which means feeling pathetic, sad, fat, incapable.

☀️ Sitting while out on a walk resulted in capturing some fun photos.

🧥 I dressed warmer, allowing for some great conversations with my toddler and my dogs.

🦴 Cool training moments and opportunities presented themselves.

🚲 Resting on a walk or sitting outside gives me energy to concentrate on some safer forms of exercise at home like stationary bike and yoga.

It has been over a year without her. I miss Elsa so much every single day. Her joyful greetings, acting like you had been gone an eternity even if you just stepped outside for 30 seconds are just some of the happiness and emptiness I feel when I think of her.
