Salmon treats that look like salmon 🐟

Wild caught Atlantic Salmon - frozen for 2 weeks below -20°C, cut, and freeze dried - minimally processed, freeze dried to lock in the good stuff without the mess (or the fishing trip).

Soft texture, nutrient-packed, and very much recognizable.

These freeze dried green lipped mussels are sourced from New Zealand, lightly steamed, then freeze dried to keep all the good stuff intact.

Why we use them:
• omega-3s for skin + coat
• natural glucosamine & chondroitin for joints

Sender’s not exactly a “fish guy”, so I can't say that he approves but he will be getting these consistently crumbled into his food for all the benefits.

Whole prey gives a jaw workout, helps clean teeth, adds roughage for gut health, and delivers nutrients from meat + organs.

Plus it adds enrichment - especially when the wind starts to blow it away 😅.

From balls → bars → now: bits.
I’m always trying to improve our treats—both for our animals and for ease of use for the humans.

Balls took too long and were a bit large for smaller dogs and cats.

Bars sounded great, but no matter how I cut them, they ended up too crumbly.

So far, Bits feel like the best fit. Cut while frozen so the blood stays in the meat, keeping them more nutrient-dense while also making them lighter. They’re small enough for all sizes, with minimal crumbs—same single ingredient: ground kangaroo muscle meat 🦘
