To our wonderful Sunshine Dog Grooming family,
First, we want to say a heartfelt thank you for your patience with us, and we also want to offer a sincere apology to anyone who has reached out and didn’t receive a response in a timely manner. We know communication is important, and we truly appreciate everyone who has continued to support us.
Many of you may remember our amazing receptionist Keeley, who helped keep everything running smoothly at the salon. A few years ago, Keeley moved on to focus on growing her family and welcoming a beautiful new chapter in her life, and while we couldn’t be happier for her, we definitely felt the impact of losing such an incredible part of our team.
Since then, balancing grooming and administrative tasks has honestly been one of our biggest challenges. Our priority has always been giving every dog the calm, one-on-one care they deserve, but that sometimes meant messages and calls didn’t get the attention they should have.
So we decided it was time to make a change. 💛
We are excited to introduce Keeley — our new AI receptionist!
This new system is here to help us stay on top of calls, messages, and appointment requests so we can be more responsive, more organized, and better support our amazing clients. When setting everything up, we even named our AI receptionist after Keeley as a little tribute to the warmth, organization, and care she brought to Sunshine Dog Grooming.
If you previously reached out and didn’t hear back from us, we would truly appreciate it if you could please reach out again and give us another chance. With Keeley helping behind the scenes, we’re confident we’ll be able to stay much more on top of our administrative duties moving forward.
