I haven’t posted in a while with my workouts. I’ve been struggling. Was going through a bit of self doubt. I wasn’t measuring and tracking my food along with eating things I shouldn’t. Well I’m back on track and have been doing well for the last couple weeks. Today at the gym, a friend who hasn’t seen me for a couple weeks, commented that I’m looking leaner and stronger. I even cut in on his deadlifts and I lifted 225lbs. I realize I have done that before but this time was with relative ease.
I owe my gains to , my personal trainer, from , who listens to my ranting and billions of questions and is always smiling and talking me off the edge. She is my hero.
I’m still having issues with my left shoulder being higher than my right. I’m working hard at getting that under control.
I was exhausted when I did my final set of overhead shoulder presses today as it was my 6th set. I warmed up with 3 sets then lifted 22.5lbs each which isn’t heavy but my previous shoulder injury makes it tough. Doing my flys I also noticed my left shoulder was always higher, however, I kept adjusting it.
I have some extreme goals set over the next 6 months and nothing is going to stop me. Never give up 💪🏽...................................................................
