Strong Brew Hamstery

Strong Brew Hamstery Strong Brew is a hamstery devoted to producing quality hamsters in health, size and temperament. As such, we pick our hamsters carefully.

We are located in the GTA, however our hamsters are all over Ontario and some of the USA. Strong Brew Hamstery aims to produce healthy, well-tempered hamsters. Hamsters with good health, composition, and personality are chosen to be bred. Hamsters that do not meet our strict standard are kept here as pets or are sold as pets only, and should not be bred. We sometimes use new blood to increase the

quality of our pups and may not have a full lineage on some litters. Strong Brew Hamstery’s overarching goal is to produce healthy, well-tempered hamsters in an assortment of colours that adhere to NHC and CHA standards. We follow the IHANA and OHC Codes of Ethics set forth, and will be showing this year. One half of the SBH team is the President of the Ontario Hamster Club, and is working on becoming a certified judge. We have relationships with other breeders all over the world. Strong Brew Hamstery hamsters are first and foremost beloved pets and are treated with respect, love, kindness and as friends. Any pup bred in this hamstery is welcome back should their owner not be able to care for the pup. Adoptees are encouraged to stay in contact with Strong Brew Hamstery through our email, page, or website. I am THRILLED to announce the safe arrival of aka Northie and 's pups on August 26th! This makes them a whole week old now and they are doing so well. It is a pretty big litter and so far looks super fun. I can't wait to see them get bigger.

These pups are the and are here for their red carpet debut! Hopefully in a week I'll be able to share all their cute little faces with you.

North has been an awesome momma, especially given the size of her litter. As far as I can tell we haven't lost any, but it's still early days. She's loving all the extra snacks and attention!

Miss had some feelings about me taking photos of the babies. She is one of our upcoming mommas and honestly, she's a fave of mine. She's so gentle and demure, a little bit shy but once you gain her trust she is a phenomenal little hamster. She's well behaved and sweet, she loves getting treats from Pebble and is just overall exceptional. I think my current plan is to breed her to Piddles II but that may change. She's the most excellent of girlies.

Pebble has become so gentle but also incredibly confident with the baby hamsters this litter. She uses two hands to scoop them up so gently to give little kisses. She pets them softly from head to tail now with one or two fingers. It's honestly wonderful to see how empathetic and caring she is, not just to hamsters but all living creatures. The get lots of handling because of it, and it's excellent exposure to other people other than me.

She's too little to know what she will be when she grows up, but if she continues along this path she would make such a wonderful veterinarian if she wanted to be. 🥹💗

Welp that wasn't true 🤣 we took Miss Pebble to see the new Dino Paw Patrol movie so we lost the afternoon but had so much fun.

Anyways this is aka Mushy and she's soooo cute. A golden banded tortoiseshell and one of the smaller pups of the ! Pebble is loving visiting with these little beans and picking them up for kisses. Honestly at 2.5yrs old she's so good with them and it's really sweet to see how gentle she is with them!

I swear today I'll introduce more than one pup 😅 this is she is a golden banded female and one of the bigger pups. She's very sweet and gentle. They all are! The are sweet little beans for sure.

She will definitely be going to a new home as I don't want any banded since I work with recessive dappled. But she'll make an absolutely wonderful pet!
