We try to avoid having to make these posts.. however, some changes need to be made!

We get that life happens and things get busy however this makes it very challenging for us when we have a dog booked in that does not show up without any given notice or without any word at all. We do our best to send out reminders. We are also very understanding when life gets in the way of our plans. However, We have employees that we still have to pay whether a dog shows up or not and the sudden loss of income is frustrating.
Please respect our time!!

Not showing up to your appointment without a call or text may result in losing the privilege to reschedule as our time is limited.

We understand emergencies can happens and we will review genuine emergent situations on a case by case basis.

We appreciate all of our loyal clients who respect our time and wellbeing. We hope you can understand why we have to make this call.

This is the one EVAH program where we do NOT require income screening. Barn cats, healthy & fixed, have an important role in rural property management!
If youā€™re driving distance to our EVAH-Hamilton (Upper James) we have just opened more TNR and/or BarnCat surgery spots for March.

Hello, all!! Yes we are still here. Itā€™s been a whole year since weā€™ve last postedā€¦ the years been a bit of aā€¦ rollercoaster! But, the sun is shining in our cozy little shop so itā€™s time to feature it here!

We have been settling in here nicely over the last few months and loving it!! As many of you know already, we moved locations back in November but we are still in Brussels!

With Spring right around the corner, we would like to remind everyone that this an especially busy season for us. We strongly encourage clients to reach out and pre- book your pupā€™s grooming appointments for the Spring/ Summer season in order to avoid disappointment. We unfortunately we will not be accepting any new clients as of this year.
(Nail trim appointments however can be booked anytime and we will accept new clients for this service only.)

We thank you all for your continued support, and for entrusting us with your beloved pets. We appreciate it so much more than you know!! šŸ¾ šŸ„°
