A little update on my booking times & availability! 🐾💕

These are the general time windows I use when scheduling visits. Regular home visits are routed based on location, while medication/time-sensitive visits are given priority for early morning & evening times. Dog walks can still be booked for specific available time slots!

My mornings start with the pets boarding with me, everyone is fed, walked and settled before I leave, which is why 8 AM is my earliest visit time.

💌 Messages are answered 8 AM–8 PM. Current and time-sensitive bookings are prioritized, so inquiries for dates further away may take a little longer to receive a response but know I have not forgotten about you!

As my business continues to grow, I’ve put together this short guide to explain how I work, what you can expect from my services, and the policies I’ve put in place.

These policies help keep bookings organized, ensure clear communication from the start, and most importantly, allow me to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality care for every pet entrusted to me.

A friendly reminder🐱: Boarding and daycare take place in my home, where my resident cats live. They are calm, respectful, and accustomed to sharing their space with visiting dogs. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I kindly ask that you only inquire about these services if your dog is comfortable around cats and does not have a history of aggression or prey drive toward them.

Thank you so much for your continued support, understanding, and for trusting me with your beloved pets. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️

These policies apply to all new bookings made on or after July 21, 2026. Existing confirmed bookings will remain under the terms agreed to at the time of booking.

Veuillez noter que je serai absente de Brossard du 3 au 15 août. Durant cette période, tous mes services à Brossard seront temporairement suspendus.

Je serai toutefois dans le secteur de Chomedey / Duvernay (Laval) et j’offrirai un nombre très limité de :
• Visites à domicile
• Promenades
• Administration de médicaments

Les disponibilités seront limitées, alors n’hésitez pas à me contacter à l’avance si vous avez besoin de mes services.

Availability Update - August 3–15

Please note that I will be away from Brossard from August 3 - 15. During this time, all services in Brossard will be unavailable.

However, I will be staying in the Chomedey / Duvernay (Laval) area and will be offering a very limited number of:
• Drop-in visits
• Dog walks
• Medication administration

I realized the images in my previous post weren’t clickable, so I apologize for that. Here they are again so you can take a look around!

You can read my boarding changes below that will be starting on August 1st⬇️ 🐾🤎

To keep my home a calm and safe environment for all animals,

meet & greets will no longer take place inside my home.

Instead, I’m happy to schedule a video call where I’ll show you exactly where your pet will be staying, answer your questions, and discuss their care.

🐶🐾Dog meet & greets take place outdoors on neutral ground.

🐱 🐾Cat meet & greets are not required. A video call is required before boarding.

The photos below show the areas where boarding pets stay.
Safety gates remain in place at all times, dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they’re most comfortable (provided they can safely coexist with my resident cats), and boarding cats have access to plenty of enrichment and safe hiding places.

Thank you for respecting these policies. They help me provide the safest and highest quality care possible for every pet in my care🐾❤️
