What a sweetie

A couple of sweeties ready for adoption. And it makes me so happy to see my collars on the dogs.

Ahead of the July 1 hustle and bustle, please remember these tips to keep your pet safe:

✅ Keep your furry friends indoors during firework displays. Startled pets tend to look for places to hide. If your pets manage to get outside, it could be very easy to lose them.

✅ Ensure your pets' ID tag and/or microchip are up to date with the correct information.

✅ Create a calm room, curtains closed with soft music or television playing, with comforting items and vet approved chews.

✅ Walk your dog during the day instead of at night, when there's less of a chance of fireworks. This will help release some energy and reduce stress.

✅ Double-check that gates, fences and doors are secure.
