Last week's combination of cold nights and excessive rainfall delayed maturity preventing our sweet corn from reaching peak quality in time for harvesting. The result was that we were not at the Ontario Food Terminal with sweet corn all of last week. Thankfully the crop has caught up, and supply is restored. We are scheduled to have excellent supply both at the OFT and the Farm. Our apologies for running short.

Today’s report is a literal one.

We got rained on... and then rained on some more. It poured so much that our tractor is currently sitting two feet deep in the mud!

We’re sorry to share that we won't be at the Ontario Food Terminal Monday morning.

Thanks for understanding while we figure out how to pull a tractor out of a swamp! Stay dry out there.
