When the patient matches their vet, it’s a whole vibe 🥰🧡 Here we see Dr. Youstina and her patient O’Malley twinning in their coordinated orange during an appointment. Name a cuter duo than this, ready for their pumpkin spice, everything nice, and to jump into another wonderful autumn weekend! Happy Friday everyone!

Our full podcast episode on how to deal with anxious and nervous pets at the vet is available now!

We know pets get nervous about coming to the vets -- and that's ok. So many of us also get nervous when WE go to the doctors, so we can completely understand the feeling. Good news, is that there are many different ways we can help pets become less afraid or less anxious when they come in for a visit. In todays episode we explore the CHILL protocol which is options for calming medications available to help make your pets visit smoother, less stressful and much...CHILL.

We love supporting our local community especially when we see enthusiastic, caring and positive youth trying to make the world a better place 🙂

GOOD MORNING, BRANTFORD! 🎩🐾💜

We need your help with one very simple thing this morning:
9
SHARE. THIS. EVENT.

Not just because we’re raising much needed funds for Good Will Good Karma Youth Animal Rescue. Not just because we know we have an AWESOME family day planned.

Share it because of these kids. 💛

On October 18, young entrepreneurs are going to walk into The Rope Factory Event Hall, set up the businesses they’ve worked so hard on, and put themselves out there. They’re learning how to create, communicate, sell, problem-solve and believe in themselves.

And they need people to SHOW UP.

Come shop their booths. Ask them about what they made. Buy something. Encourage them. Let them experience what it feels like when a community says:

“We see you. Keep going.”

Today is world rabies day and it’s important to remember that not only is rabies REAL it is lethal but completely preventable in pets through the use of vaccinations. Did you know that Ontario has had 60 cases of rabies in 2026! Bats can be a major carrier for rabies and we know they live in attics, barns, garages or flying around outside. This means cats are incredibly susceptible as they are excellent hunters. Because bats can be in homes, indoor cats are at risk as well! Contact us today to have your pets updated on their rabies vaccine.

Puppy kisses during wellness visits are always the best days!

We were spoiled with a visit and kisses from this adorable little Boston puppy named Conan. Conan came in for this booster vaccines with our very own Dr. Lima-Eede and of course she had to share the cuddles with the entire staff. Conan was passing out kisses to Megan, Emily and Natasha and of course playing in our treatment area with the team. Thanks for making our day extra special little man!
