Mama Truffle is all recovered from her surgery and is in need of a lift! ❤️

We’re looking for a transport volunteer to help get her from Oshawa to Brampton on Monday, October 26th! Ideally, we’d love a pickup in Oshawa between 10–11 AM.

🥹 ZARA IS STILL WAITING FOR HER FOREVER FAMILY. ❤️

We just don’t understand how this beautiful girl is growing up in rescue. Zara came to us as a tiny baby, and now she’s almost 4 months old. Watching puppies grow up without a family of their own is always hard, but we know her perfect family is out there somewhere. We just need to find them!

Zara is a little timid when faced with new situations, but when it comes to her people? She loves them with her whole heart. ❤️ She bonds deeply with the people she trusts and is the sweetest, most loving girl once she feels safe.

One thing we’ve noticed is that Zara’s confidence really blossoms when she has another dog around. Having a canine friend by her side helps her feel more comfortable navigating the world, so we would ideally love to find her a home with a friendly doggy sibling to show her the ropes and help her continue building confidence.

And honestly, just look at her! 😍 She’s absolutely gorgeous, incredibly sweet, and an all-around good girl. She’s crate trained, housebroken, and ready to settle into a home where she can finally be someone’s baby.

Zara has so much love to give. She just needs a family willing to give her a little patience, help her feel safe, and let her confidence grow at her own pace.

She’s been waiting long enough. Let’s find this girl her people! ❤️

Toffee is a soft‑hearted, quiet little Torbie who brings a gentle calm to her foster home. She’s loving with both adults and kids, happily curling up for pets and choosing to sleep right beside her person at night. She’s on the shy side and hasn’t caused the usual kitten chaos, she prefers lounging on the couch, batting at cat wands, and cuddling with her humans.

Around other animals, Toffee is cautious but fair. As long as the resident cats or dogs respect her space, she’s perfectly content coexisting with them. She’s not a troublemaker, though she will sneak a wire chew if given the chance, so a kitten‑proof home is ideal.

Toffee will be shy at first, but once she trusts you, she blossoms into an incredibly sweet, affectionate companion. She’s the perfect match for someone wanting a quieter, loving kitten who enjoys closeness, comfort, and a peaceful home.

Toffee is already spayed and has had a start to her vaccines.

Hazel joined us a couple of weeks ago from our friends at Northern Reach Network, and somehow we forgot to give this beautiful girl her proper introduction! ❤️

Hazel is a slightly older puppy, which means you get all the fun, love, and silliness of puppyhood without quite as much of that tiny-puppy chaos! 😉 And trust us, there is SO much to love about this girl!

Hazel loves to play, explore, and go on adventures. Whether it’s a walk, a car ride, or heading out to see what the world has to offer, she’s happy to be right there by your side. 🚗

This girl is active, playful, and full of life! She would love a home with a yard and an active family who can keep up with her adventures. But underneath all that playful puppy energy is an incredibly sweet, loving, and affectionate girl who is always happy to soak up some attention. She really is an all-around good girl! 🥰

Hazel is doing great with her house training and crate training! Of course, she’s still a baby, and we always encourage adopters to expect the possibility of some regression when a puppy moves into a new home. Some settle in like they’ve lived there forever, while others need a little extra time and patience. Either way, we’re here to support our adopters!

Like any puppy, Hazel will also need continued training, guidance, and socialization as she grows. We strongly encourage all puppy adopters to participate in obedience classes. They’re a great way to build confidence, learn together, and set everyone up for success! ❤️

Hazel will be spayed at six months of age at one of our approved veterinary clinics, and her spay is included in her adoption fee! 🩺❤️

Plans have changed! To give these tiny kittens the best possible chance of survival, they’ll now be heading into the care of another experienced rescue with experienced bottle feeders. ❤️🐾

We urgently need a driver to get them from St. Thomas to Cambridge ASAP!

DRIVER FOUND!

💔 Four tiny kittens were found abandoned on the street, discarded like garbage and left to fend for themselves. Tragically, one of the kittens was run over and didn’t survive. 💔

We need to get the surviving babies into care asap! We have temporary foster care lined up, but we desperately need a driver to get these little ones from St. Thomas to Cambridge as soon as possible.

❤️ They’ll be travelling into the care of another experienced rescue that has experienced fosters for bottle babies, where they’ll have the support and care they need to have the best possible chance at survival.

Blu / Female Spayed / 4 Years / Northern Low Rider / 35lbs / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: YES!! Location: Trenton 📍

This little low rider is READY to find her forever family, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about her! 🥹

If you remember, Blu came to us in early June from northern Manitoba after being hit by a car a month or two earlier, leaving her with a broken pelvis. Thankfully, her injury just needed crate rest and time to heal, and she’s now all healed up and ready to move on to the next chapter of her life! 🥳

We do want to mention that Blu has some mild arthritis in one of her ankles. It doesn’t bother her much at all, and while she has medication for the occasional day she needs a little extra help, those days are few and far between right now. The biggest thing is keeping her at a healthy weight to protect those little legs!

Now, onto the important stuff… BLU IS BASICALLY THE BEST GIRL. 😍

Known as a northern low rider, her breed mix is anyone’s guess! What we do know is that she has the cutest little short legs and a personality that’s just as adorable. ❤️

🐶 Dogs? Loves them!

🐱 Cats? No problem!

👧 Kids? Absolutely!

👶 Babies? Oh, she LOVES them!

Blu is a low-energy kind of girl who would fit beautifully into all sorts of homes, including a family with a little baby. She’s happy just being near her people and soaking up all the love she can get.

She’s house-trained, crate-trained, sweet as can be, and just an all-around wonderful companion. Blu doesn’t need you to entertain her every second of the day. She just wants to be where you are, and honestly, what more could you ask for? 🥰

Okay, we should probably mention one tiny flaw… Blu is VERY food motivated. 😂 She firmly believes that whatever you’re eating should also belong to her, and she will absolutely do her best to convince you of this. However, because of her arthritis, keeping her at a healthy weight is super important. So, as much as she might argue otherwise, sticking to her regular kibble and keeping those extra treats in check is the best way to keep her feeling good!

Blu is past the chaotic puppy stage but isn’t quite a senior. She’s at that lovely age where you get all the goodness of a dog who’s settled into herself, without the puppy madness.

Honestly? The perfect age, the perfect little low rider, and quite possibly the perfect dog. 💙

Blu has been through enough already. Now it’s her turn to find a family who will love her for the rest of her days, short legs, food-stealing ambitions and all!
