Hi everyone!
Some of you may have noticed I've been behind on getting back to messages lately, especially where I was sick. I apologize for keeping some of you waiting. It's not my intent to leave anyone wondering if they have an appointment coming up, and I definitely don't want anyone to feel like I am "ghosting" them.
Lately I've been having a bit of a hard time keeping up with the admin side of things. There's a lot behind the scenes going on, and there's a lot more days recently where my body is telling me I need to slow down and rest. This unfortunately means that I may have to let some customers go, as much as I wish I didn't. The dogs that are a bit harder on my body aren't necessarily bad dogs, I love each and every one of the dogs that I groom. But after 11 years of grooming, I have to start to listen to my body more if I want to continue doing what I love.
I hope you all understand that some things are just out of my control, and that I am a one woman show. I am always, truly grateful for the trust people have in me to take care of your dogs. I love what I do, and to keep doing this, I have to make some adjustments.
Please be patient with me while I go through the sad reality of having to inform some of you that I can no longer physically manage your dog. This is always the worst part of the job.
