As I finish my 4th week in my program the changes I am seeing is exciting!
I am stronger 💪
I do not feel depressed🙂
My balance has improved alot🤸♀️
I can get closer to the floor with pushups
I can now control my core (abs) even though you cant see them🤣
There is a muscle above my knee I had no idea existed!!
Best of all..... I feel happier!!🥰
These are just a few things I am starting to notice as I finish up my 4th week of my program. In 4 weeks my life has improved. I am excited to see how I will feel in 8, 12 and more weeks to come!
It takes time for your body to adjust to a new routine and whole foods.
We want it to happen as soon as we start but the fact is... it just doesn't happen that way!
You have to work for what you want🏋️♀️
I 🙋♀️ am one that wants things like now! But I've came to peace with that it wont happen without hard work and COMMITMENT.
Can you commit yourself to yourself if it meant it would make you a stronger person?
