With the right techniques and knowledge you will create a motivated Agility partner! Flyball is a relay race for dogs. Four dogs take turns running 51 feet over a set of four hurdles, retrieving a tennis ball from a spring-loaded box and returning to the start/finish line. Their object is to do it faster than the opposing team on an adjacent racing lane. Races are broken down into heats. The first team that wins three out of five heats wins the race. Key components we will cover in class: The start, the jumps, the turn, the pass, the flyball box and Head to Head racing.
