Lilly is still available for adoption!

She is ~7 years young
~ 70lbs
Lilly has a lot of love to give and is truly an amazing dog. She loves car rides, walks and being a total couch potato.
She is nervous of young children, so kids 10 and up are ideal.
She is not used to living with other animals, so a home where she is the only pet is a must.

Lilly is currently in a foster home but unfortunately, it won't be her forever home as we hoped.

Lilly's ideal home:
• No other pets
• No children under 12 (not that she's aggressive, she is just uncomfortable and on edge around young, unpredictable children.)

A letter from her foster:

"I will continue to foster Lilly as long as she can find a good home and this is what I've learned about her thus far.
Lilly is a very loving dog, she loves people but would do better in a home if she was the only pet. She gets over excited meeting other dogs and just wants to play, but don't really know how. She loves to play but for very short periods of time, then she just wants to lay down.
She is protective over her toys and food, she is okay with you touching them but NOT other animals.
She loves laying on the couch and following you around. She just wants to be wherever you are :)
She adapts really well to new places. She likes older kids, younger kids she don't know what to expect from them so she's on guard when they are around.
She loves going for rides in car and side by side.
She's very obedient, and very well behaved."

Meet Lilly!
She is in need of a foster and/or adoptive home through no fault of her own. I was contacted to evaluate her and help find her a suitable home and I ended up taking her home myself 😅

About Lilly:
She is a 6.5 year old Bully mix with ears for days, seriously, how can you not fall in love with those ears 🥹
She is spayed
She is not up to date on vaccinations, but this will be done prior to adoption!
She is very friendly and just wants to be a couch potato, but is and can be very active. She is the best of both worlds! She will go when you go and stop when you stop.
She needs a home without other dogs and we don't know how she is with cats.
Her leash manners are coming along nicely and she is in the process of being muzzle trained and I believe through consistency, she will be able to be around dogs without reactivity as I've already seen so much improvement while I've had her! She's even shown interest in interacting with my male dog just after a week.
She is nervous of children rushing her, so would do best in a home without young kids.
She's got a stomach of steel and no allergies or sensitivities that we're aware of.
She is crate trained, house broken and non destructive.
She is full of personality and loves everyone who she has met while I've had her.

Unfortunately, I cannot continue to foster her until the right home is found, which was the plan but the crate and rotate life is starting to catch up and is not the best thing for her.

Thanks to Jagger's owners for giving me the push to make a before and after video.
I've always wanted to, but my mind is always on the dogs I work with and never on social media output. Word of mouth has always been how I gained my clientele, I've never done much in the way of self-promotion and will continue to operate that way.
This video is not about me, it's about this dog and it's about YOUR dog. Just because your dog struggles in an area, doesn't mean they can't excel at it.
Jagger is a rockstar of a puppy and I won't take all the credit; he came to me with a wonderful foundation from some dedicated owners who knew the potential their puppy had and weren't afraid to ask for help where they felt they needed it!
