Helping a client find this guy his forever home! The photos don’t do him justice.

Denver is a 5yr old grade QH. He is green broke so is not a beginner horse. I put professional rides on him last summer and he’s had lots of groundwork done prior. He was off all winter but when jumped on this summer he picked up right where he left off as if no time had passed. He’s been through water and swamps. Been ridden through cows. Had a rope swung off of him and drug around a pole as well as pulled small trees out of the bush. He’s a great horse and has lots of potential with which ever direction you want to take him.

Located by Lacombe. Let me know if you want to come and meet him and give him a try! If we had the room I’d be grabbing him for myself!

Halo is proving to be a great little trail horse. Now that all the crops are off we can get back to riding in the fields! We found this hidden treasure of a field today that has lots of hills that will be great for conditioning and just getting him used to riding up and down hills more consistently.

I also had the pleasure of working with Kevin and putting some more miles on him! He got the chance to also come to the mountains with me for a week and he showed me just how smart that Appaloosa brain of his is. Bob Blumhagen

I’ve been a inactive for the last little while and I apologize for that, but we have a couple of real nice horses in for training right now including Halo who is a just turned 4 year old. He’s had a lot of things thrown at him the last month and he’s taking it all in stride. Halo will be going to the mountains for a week with me and another horse for some experience there!

“Quiet riders make spooky horses, but spooky riders make quiet horses” This is how I like to work my horses and which is exactly what I was able to do now that it’s warm out by having my horses pull a kayak around!

Reba came to me as a flighty 7 year old. She has turned out to be a amazing and sweet little mare who is always first to meet me at the gate. She has come a long way from where she started and is now an amazing little horse to ride. I'm happy to say she will soon be looking for a new home. Be sure to watch for her in the near future!
