Running into the weekend like…. 🤪

Reminder that we are closed on Monday for the labour day long weekend! We will be back in office Tuesday at 8 am. As usual, our clients are welcome to text us and we will do our best to get back to you promptly.

🇨🇦 Labour Day Long Weekend Reminder! 🐾

Bayfield Animal Hospital will be closed Saturday, September 5th through Monday, September 7th for the Labour Day long weekend. We will reopen with our regular hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

If your pet requires emergency veterinary care while we are closed, please contact Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic. As always our clients are welcome to text us over the weekend and we will do our best to respond promptly.

Our Wall of Fame is a collection of just a few of the many patients who have taught us, challenged us, made us laugh, made us cry, and reminded us why we love what we do. And we will continue to add more as time goes on ❤️

A little treat can go a long way in making vet visits feel less scary — and judging by that face, Stormy would like us to know the Creamy was absolutely the highlight of the appointment. 😂

Blaze came in for his first vaccines and made sure to bring his very own emotional support sister, Bugsey, along for moral support. 🥹🐾

Bugsey took her big sister duties very seriously — staying close by, supervising the whole appointment, and making sure her little brother knew he was in good hands. 🤎

Vaccines are always a little easier when your best friend comes with you. 💉🐶 We think these two make a pretty adorable team!

This sweet little guy stopped by for his first set of vaccines and parasite prevention and was an absolute star for his visit. ⭐️

We’re so excited to have Dr. Brii Dawson as part of the Bayfield Animal Hospital team as a locum! You may have even already met her this week, she’s been covering for Dr. Tait while she’s been off!

With years of experience providing care throughout Barrie and the surrounding area, Dr. Brii is passionate about building lasting relationships with pets and their families. She has a special interest in a more holistic approach to veterinary medicine and believes that every visit should be personalized to each pet’s unique needs.
