This is an achievement that I am particularly proud of. Fifteen years of being a member of the NCGI, the most comprehensive feline grooming training program in the world.

I am a member of an elite group of people who are expertly trained to groom cats. There are members from Australia, Europe, North and South America. I was the 58th groomer in the world to be certified. My passion for cat grooming is strong!

Fifteen years of doing what I love best! Making cats feel and look their best, and helping owners understand the importance of regular grooming in their beloved kitten's life and doing it safely, without the need for sedation.

I'm doing a talk about grooming for our local GEMS group (grades 2-7) and I'm hoping to find someone (or a few someones) who would be willing to bring (or let me borrow) their small/medium sized dogs to demonstrate correct brushing/combing techniques.

While I'm sure there will be some cuddles, my goal would be to keep the dog from being overwhelmed with all the love that would be coming their way. LOL

My preference would be for one or two longer coated dogs who are good in a kennel for a short period. You would be welcome to come if you wanted, but I would be more than willing to pick up/deliver home that day.

I only have Bama, my no-hair boxer, so she's not really helpful. 🤣

One of my clients is knitting these adorable pet beds/throws. They are made out of a durable, cushiony acrylic yarn that is washable. She's currently only doing small and medium sized throw pads at an affordable price.

These would be great for car seats, that "special spot" that your dog or cat just won't leave (back of sofa, staring out the window, LOL) or in a kennel if they're not chewers.
