Due to circumstances beyond our control last fall, we have made some very difficult decisions:
π€π΄ From our herd, with loveβ¦ π΄π€
For years our summers have been filled with boots lined up by the tack room, nervous first rides, proud parents at the gate, and the most patient teachers standing quietly in the crossties.
Our school horses have carried it all β
the confidence, the giggles, the βlook-mom-no-hands,β the tears that turned into brave smiles.
The steady ones.
The silly ones.
The saintly lead-line ponies (who may or may not also be the barnβs favourite troublemakers π).
They made this program what it was.
After a lot of love and reflection, weβve decided that our day camp chapter has come to a close.
Not because it wasnβt incredible β
but because these horses have given their whole hearts for so many years, and itβs time for a different pace and new roles for them.
This program was never just about riding.
It was about confidence, kindness, barn family, and a place where every kid felt they belonged.
To the riders who grew up here and came back as helpers,
to the parents who trusted us with their tiny humans,
to every child who found their brave here β
you are part of this story forever. π€
And to our schoolies β the real magic behind it all β
thank you for changing so many lives (including ours).
This isnβt a sad ending.
Itβs a well-loved, well-lived chapter that we will always be proud of. β¨
π We are no longer taking day camp bookings or maintaining a waitlist β thank you for all the years of support and for loving these horses as much as we do.
Please feel free to share pictures from all the years (Just remember to hide faces if you don't have adult permission to post the kiddos!)
