Please be advised that you may receive an email from our new practice management system inviting you to register your client account. Registering your account will give you access to your pet’s vaccination record as well as the option to confirm any upcoming appointments.

***While the new portal may also offer options for you to request an appointment and/or request a refill of your pet’s medication, we ask that you avoid using these features for the time being until we become more familiar with the client communication aspects of this new system.***

If you’d like to schedule an appointment or request a refill of your pet’s medication, we ask that you please continue to call the clinic and speak to a member of our team.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate our new system.

RVT Spotlight, Say hello to Maesey!❤️

Maesey joined us as a Veterinary Technician student in 2022 and joined our team upon her completion of the program the following year.

She is passionate about dentistry and equine medicine, with a particular interest in equine mobility and senior care.

Maesey is thoughtful, caring and compassionate, and those attributes shine through in the care she shows our hospitalized patients and the extra time she takes with clients during new puppy and kitten visits.

When she’s not at work, Maesey enjoys horseback riding, reading and spending time with her family.

Thank you for being part of the team, Maesey… and Happy Birthday!🎈

RVT Spotlight, Say hello to Lily!💜

Lily came to us during her Veterinary Technology externship with Dalhousie University in 2022 and upon graduation, joined our team in the spring of 2023.

Lily is driven, compassionate and can always be relied upon to offer assistance to other members of our team. She acts decisively and keeps a cool head in high stress situations so it comes as no surprise that she has a strong interest in emergency medicine, as well as dentistry and small animal surgery.

Outside of work you’ll find Lily listening to Taylor Swift’s latest single, researching her latest true crime deep dive or training and racing her horses at the Inverness Raceway.🐎

We are so fortunate to have Lily as part of our BVC and SVH team!
