🐾 Meet Daisy! 💛 This sweet yellow Lab is showing off some of her hip physio work!

In this video, you can see some of the gait imbalances and compensations Daisy has developed. When one area isn’t working as efficiently as it should, the body finds ways to compensate - which can put extra stress on other joints and muscles.

Through targeted physio exercises, we’re working on improving hip strength, stability, coordination, and overall movement quality so Daisy can move more comfortably and confidently. 🐕💪

Because sometimes the little changes in how your dog walks can tell us a LOT! 👀

Snapped a couple of photos of Shelby and her owners working through her exercises to build upper limb strength. 🐾💪

One of my favourite things about canine physiotherapy is how involved owners are in their dog’s recovery. Since dogs can’t do their exercises on their own, your commitment at home plays a huge role in their progress.

Watching Shelby gain strength while her family cheers her on and stays consistent with her home program has been so rewarding. It truly is a team effort, and every exercise brings her one step closer to her goals. 🤍
