We have seen a recent increase in parvo virus cases coming into the clinic. Remember that dogs need at least two booster vaccines besides their initial vaccine to be considered protected against the virus. Parvo virus treatment can become expensive very quickly due to the severe nature of the virus. Vaccination is the best form of protection.
