We’re open late on Mondays until 7:00 PM! 🕖

To make veterinary care a little easier to fit into your busy schedule, our 5:00–7:00 PM Monday appointments are reserved for routine visits, including wellness exams, vaccinations and preventative care.

You can even book these evening appointments online, making it easy to choose a time that works best for your schedule 💻☺️

We had such a great time at Music in the Park last Friday! The turnout was amazing, the music was awesome, and it was so nice to see our community come together for a fun evening!

We especially loved seeing so many people stop by our Armstrong Veterinary Clinic booth to say hi! We hope you enjoyed the snacks as much as we enjoyed handing them out. ☺️

And we have to give a big shoutout to 1602 Custom Designs for making our clinic T-shirts! 👕 We love them and were so happy to show them off at the park!

We’ve noticed an increase in calls lately from pet owners with questions about potential exposure to bats and other wildlife, so we wanted to send out a quick reminder to make sure your pet’s rabies vaccination is current.

Rabies is a serious, potentially fatal disease that can affect both animals and people. Wildlife encounters can happen quickly, and even a seemingly minor bite or scratch can pose a risk.

If your pet has had any contact with a bat or other wild animal, please give us a call. We can help you determine what steps should be taken based on the situation.

Not sure when your pet’s rabies vaccine was last given? Give us a call and we can check their records! 🦇

Armstrong Veterinary Clinic presents Rollin' Coal Trio at Music in the Park!

Tomorrow night! Join us Friday, August 14 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Lions Gazebo in Memorial Park as Rollin' Coal Trio takes the stage.

With more than 200 performances and nearly a decade entertaining audiences across the Okanagan Valley, Rollin' Coal Trio knows how to put on a show. Their versatile mix of crowd favourites will have you singing along all evening.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family and friends. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.

We’re excited to be sponsoring Music in the Park this Friday, featuring the Rollin Coal Trio! 🎸🤠

We’ve been thinking about everyone affected by the recent wildfires across our community, the Okanagan, and throughout our province. This Friday, we’d love to see everyone come out, see some familiar faces, and enjoy a little time together. Sometimes a little music, laughter, and community is exactly what we need.

We’ll have our Armstrong Veterinary Clinic booth set up with lots of free snacks, water, juice, and treats for your four-legged friends — so be sure to stop by and say hi! 🐾

Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring your neighbours, and come enjoy some great music together. 🎶

It’s a smoky one out there today, Armstrong.

Just like us, our pets can feel the effects of poor air quality from wildfire smoke.

If you can, keep outdoor time to a minimum today, postpone longer walks, and make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water and a cool place indoors to relax.

Keep an eye out for signs like coughing, excessive panting, difficulty breathing, tiredness, or irritated eyes. Puppies, kittens, senior pets, and those with heart or lung conditions may be more affected by the smoke.

If you’re worried about your pet or notice they’re having trouble, please give us a call. We’re here to help.
