Ryan was a good sport and came to the new place for a bit this dreary morning. A little tack area prep, hay delivery and arena work in the rain at our Grandview barn 🌧 These Last few weeks have been lots of landscape type clean up to the horse areas (the property itself is lovely and maintained... a peaceful and picturesque setting) Mostly w**ding, whippy snippin', some mowing got done, and constantly dragging/harrowing the arena and round pen. The footing in the pens drain great and have fabulous big, dry, cozy shelters. So nothing to do but top up nets!

Today's outside work was just the arena needing a last little bit for w**d work! Like before, every few laps we need to lift and shake out the harrow, but i think all the w**ds are out and the footing is pretty great 🤩Looking like a good beautiful stretch of riding weather coming up 🐎

Spent a few hours reworking the arena and round pen 🚜while the boys got to explore the paddock loop 🏇 at our new Grandview farm 😊
3 paddocks left available for boarding. A very generous size at about 90' x 110' each!

Well this little lady is sure growin' up!
Imogene has come so far this summer and is just sessions away from officially going under saddle! It's been a heck of a journey I've had with her 🥴 but what a whole different level of learning experiences she's provided along the way 📋

She will be offered for sale... likely into late Fall 🍂

🐎 For those with horses that have lost their tack in the recent okanagan fires, I have gone through my personal equipment and sales totes and have a great deal of quality items to donate. Everything from brushes to blankets. Riding clothes, and a variety of English and Western gear. I have a couple english saddles and a few 5 star western pads that I can part with for very reasonable price, and the rest is free. Please note that these items are for those that have had their equipment wrecked due to the wildfires. PM to make an apt come by and take what you need ✨️

👋Hello All!!
We are opening a second facility on the other side of Armstrong as of September 1st‼️

This fabulous property has everything you need in a facility 📋 and the added bonus of absolutely flat everywhere, the pens are near the size of an arena 🤩 AND each paddock has ita own huge field.

🐴Wash bay, grooming stall, all weather arena, round pen, and beautiful shelters in all pens. Perfect for retired/semi-retired, aging horses, arthritic horses or those with soreness issues (horses or humans as its so very accessible) that need a more flat and easy place to get around, and for horses needing rest & rehab but able to have space to move.

We will be taking on a very select number of horses at this facility to allow for ample space for each. Very reasonable rates, self, full, and co-op chore share options available.

💥We do still have some space available at our training facility for boarding. Great environment for herd turnout with varying terrain for fitness and building muscle and a strong core and top line, private pens for self or full board with access to pasture turn out and and indoor arena, outdoor arena, round pen and so much more! 💥

Getting off property for some mental enrichment doesn't always mean you have to ride or work your horse.... or really even have a plan!
Sometimes, you can just let them have some fun ☺️

We have truck and trailer ready to go for pick-up (and friends and clients on standby with trailers as well) if anyone with livestock are being affected by the wildfires in the Okanagan and need to get their animals out. We have individual paddocks with shelters, safely fenced fields with shelters, dry lot forested areas and can use our arenas and round pen for housing as well if need be. PM, call, or text at any time! (Armstrong) 604-445-3443 or 604-309-5297
