📣ANNOUNCEMENT📣

Good morning Exhibitors, we were made aware last night of a error in our entry fees. Good news we found it!

There was a coding error in our in-hand entries, so if you entered in-hand you were mistakenly not charged. You ARE still entered for that class and registered, but if you don't mind please kindly add $25 to your show fees. If not we will be reaching before or at the show. Cash at the show is acceptable as well!
It has been fixed now, so anyone currently entering will be charges accordingly. Thank you all so much, and we will see you soon.

Attention Exhibitors!

⭐ ENTRIES FOR THE FALL SHOW (SEPT 18-20) OPEN TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1 ⭐

When: 7pm PT
Where: Entry form will be posted here and our website www.rhrc.ca

⭐IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS⭐

🔸You must pay your entry fees to be considered entered for the show. Your entry will be placed on the waitlist until payment is received.

🔸Send e-transfers to [email protected]. Cash or cheques are also accepted (please contact us).

🔸 Tack stalls: Coordinate with your group who is going to enter your tack stall on the form (one person only). We will not split the cost- please arrange that between your group.

🔸 You CAN add classes at the show.

🔸 You CAN change your classes when you check in at the show office up until the show starts with no penalties (except Stakes- see below).

🔸 Refunds for scratched classes and stalls/camping (after the show starts) will NOT be reimbursed without a Vet/Doctor note.

🔸 A $10 late fee will be charged for Stakes classes after entries close.

🔸 We will confirm closer to the show if shavings will be available on site

🔸 Armstrong 4-H Multi-club will once again be offering stall pre-filling ($15) and cleaning ($25). Please send your inquiries and payment directly to [email protected] and sign up here:
