🩵 A LITTLE HEADS UP ABOUT PRICING

Effective November 1st, our daycare pricing will be:

🐾 Social Dogs: $45/day
🐾 TLC Dogs: $55/day

Our new standard rate will cover stays of 5-12 hours, bringing our extended hours together under one simple full day rate.

This is our FIRST price increase in FOUR YEARS!
Asides from expanding our operating hours to open earlier and accommodate longer day stays, we’ve worked hard to keep our pricing the same while continuing to provide the personal care, attention and fun your dogs deserve.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who trusts Wilde K9 with their furry friends. This business means so much to me and I never take that trust for granted.

I’m so incredibly sorry for the loss of such an amazing dog 🪽🤍 Chief was one of a kind and it was such a privilege to have the opportunity to care for him.

My deepest condolences are with his family during this heartbreaking time. You gave him such an incredible loving life and it was so so clear how deeply he was loved.

Thinking of you all, and especially his sister Millie. Sending you all so much love 🤍🐾🪽

Sometimes it’s not about avoiding the things a dog is afraid of, it’s about helping them learn they don’t need to be afraid of them!

I’ve worked with dogs who have never allowed anyone to touch their nails and dogs who have needed sedation just to get through a nail trim

In reality, not every dog responds the same, some don’t respond well to being confined or restrained, or simply aren’t used to having their paws touched.

This is why you’ll find me doing some dogs nail trims outside with a leash on, so they can feel a bit less restrained and contained, allowing some of their nerves to settle down.

In this video you can see Nala’s reward for getting one paw done is getting the okay to get away from me and the clippers and decompress between each paw. And she actually ended up coming back with some curiosity, likely because what’s going through her brain is “oh this ain’t so bad”

Trust doesn’t mean we never ask a dog to do something they’re uncomfortable with. It means showing them calmly and consistently that they can trust you. It’s like saying “I understand you feel unsure. But I’m not going to hurt you. We can do this!”💪🏼

When you understand dog language, know when to give space and when to follow through, something that once felt like a huge deal can eventually become no big deal at all 👏🏼

Whether your dog is a seasoned swimmer or just getting their paws wet, all skill levels are welcome. This is a fantastic opportunity for your dog to build confidence in the water at their own pace, with my guidance and support!

Our safe and fun adventure starts with a drive to the dock pool with owner Natalia, using our vehicle equipped with Ruffland Kennels for extra safety!
