Hello everyone! I’m back from vacation and will be returning messages and phone calls shortly. Please be patient as I am still recovering from jet lag and am grooming in Halifax over the next two days ❤️🐾

Once I’ve updated my schedule, I’ll post any remaining availability for June as well as an update for July appointments.

If you sent me an email and haven’t received a response, please resend it — I noticed at least one message disappeared on me while I was away.

OUT OF OFFICE ✈️☀️

I’ll be out of the country on vacation from May 20th–28th. During this time I will not be available for phone calls, and voicemails will be returned once I arrive home.

I will occasionally be checking Facebook and Messenger, so if you need to leave a message regarding an upcoming appointment, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible 😊

As a reminder, please be diligent in providing as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your pup’s appointment. Advance notice allows me the opportunity to contact clients who are patiently waiting for an opening.

During this time, communication will be limited and slower than usual. I will do my best to stay in touch via email and social media only.

If your pup is due for a summer groom, I highly recommend booking ahead to secure your spot for July.

⚠️Friendly Reminder About Cancellation Policies🐾

As we head into one of the busiest times of year, I just wanted to post a quick reminder regarding appointment cancellations and missed appointments.

With a very extensive cancellation list currently running, last-minute cancellations and no-shows unfortunately do not leave me enough time to fill the appointment spot with another client who may be waiting to get in sooner.

As a small one-on-one business, these missed appointments result in both lost income and missed opportunities for other pups needing grooming appointments.

I kindly ask that, whenever possible, you provide as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your consideration and communication truly help keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.

🐾 Reactive Dogs – Please Read 🐾

For the safety and comfort of all dogs in my care, it is extremely important that I am made aware in advance if your dog is reactive toward other dogs.

As a one-on-one, crate-free salon, I am absolutely open to working with dogs who may be reactive. However, this requires intentional scheduling on my end to ensure a calm and controlled environment.

Because the salon is a smaller space, there is always a possibility of brief overlap during drop-off and pick-up times. If your dog is unable to be in the same space as another dog—even momentarily—I must know ahead of time so I can properly plan your appointment.

In some cases, reactive dogs may need to be booked in limited time slots, such as:
• First appointment of the day
• Last appointment of the day

This allows me to create the safest and most stress-free experience possible for everyone.
