Saving Grace Animal Society operates a shelter facility in Alix AB taking in dogs & cats from many situations. We frequently see the worst of the worst in terms of animals needing medical care due to neglect and we always want to be able to help those animals have the best chance at the life they deserve. We also operate a Farm Animal Sanctuary outside of Stettler AB ! Saving Grace is here 24/7 - 365 days a year to take the call of animals in need.

Our kennels are full, but the phone keeps ringing. We are doing everything we can, yet animals are still waiting, still hurting, still hoping 💔 Every day they wait is another day without love, comfort, or a family to call their own.

Seriously, LOOK AT THESE FACES?! How are these three little cuties still waiting for their forever homes?! 😭💗

Meet Ava, Simon & Neeko! Three tiny packages with SO much love to give, and we just can’t understand why nobody has scooped them up yet!

🐾 AVA is the sweetest little girl who loves her toys and is always ready for some playtime! She’s absolutely adorable, does well with other dogs, and is ready to find a family to call her own. No kitties for this girl, please! 💕

🐾 SIMON & NEEKO are a bonded pair, which means these two little besties are looking for a home TOGETHER! 🥹 Neeko is always down for some snuggles, while Simon loves all the affection he can get AND a good play session! These boys have so much love to give, and they’re hoping someone will fall in love with BOTH of them. 💜

THIS THANKSGIVING GIVE THE GIFT OF PUPPY LOVE! 💕

A gentle puppy cuddle, a wagging tail, or simply just spending time with an animal can bring SO much happiness and comfort... and sometimes it’s the smallest moments that make the biggest difference!

Recently we’ve received multiple requests from within our local community for visits to seniors’ homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities and we would love to be able to say yes to as many as possible!

Through these special visits we bring our puppies into the lives of those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to spend time with animals.

Our visits typically last 1–2 hours and are filled with endless smiles, laughter, treasured memories and unconditional love!

With the rising costs of travel, fuel, and caring for our animals we are reaching out to local businesses and generous community members to help sponsor these meaningful visits.

SPONSOR A VISIT!

Our minimum sponsorship is $100, which helps cover the costs of bringing our animals to residents who deserve these special moments of companionship and joy.

WANT TO MAKE AN EVEN BIGGER DIFFERENCE?

While our minimum sponsorship is $100, any additional amount you are able to contribute would be greatly appreciated!
With extra support we can also provide cookies/baking/treats for the residents as a special little gift to brighten their day and make our visits even more memorable.

We desperately need an experienced tiler to repair/re-tile the shower and tub at our shelter in Alix, Alberta. The current condition is unsanitary and unsafe for our animals’ little paws. 🐾💔

WE HAVE THE TILES — WE JUST NEED SOMEONE WITH THE SKILLS TO INSTALL THEM! 🙏
