English, Western, and Drive* Video Evaluations are now available for Instructors and Competition Coaches!

📅 Registration Deadline: September 21

Before registering, please ensure you have completed:

✅ Lesson Plans
✅ Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
✅ EC Registered Coach Status
✅ Make Ethical Decisions (MED) e-Learning & Evaluation
✅ Required Ride/Drive Levels

Video evaluations take place over a 12-week period and include: • Lesson plan and EAP review
• Lesson video submissions
• Evaluation and feedback on lessons

Please ensure you can meet all requirements within the evaluation timeframe.

Air Quality Information for the 2026 55+ BC Games

The BC Seniors Games Society has an Air Quality Policy in place for Games Week. Air quality will be monitored daily by the Host Society in coordination with BCSGS, and participants will be notified by email if conditions require any adjustments.

AQHI 4-6 (Moderate Risk): Outdoor events will be evaluated and assessed before decisions are made.
AQHI 7+ (High Risk): Outdoor sport events may be postponed, rescheduled, moved indoors where possible, or canceled if necessary.

We encourage all participants to stay informed, check their email regularly during Games Week, and be prepared for any schedule adjustments that may be required to ensure everyone's health and safety. 💙🐴
