🚨 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE — EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨
Effective August 22, 2026

As many of you know, all appointments MUST be confirmed before 6:00 PM the evening before your scheduled appointment.

Over the past year, I have given a lot of grace with this policy. I have allowed late confirmations and have even sent a “?” around 5:00 PM as an additional reminder. Unfortunately, this has become far too frequent, and I can no longer continue making exceptions.

This policy has been posted repeatedly and is also clearly stated in the confirmation message you receive every month. Confirmation messages are sent with approximately 12 hours to respond, which is more than enough time to confirm your appointment.

Starting today, this policy will be strictly enforced with NO exceptions.

❗ If your appointment is not confirmed by 6:00 PM, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose that time slot.

Whether your confirmation comes in 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 20 minutes after 6:00 PM — it is considered late. You will be moved to your next regularly scheduled appointment the following month.

I will also no longer be sending reminder “?” messages at 5:00 PM. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment within the timeframe provided.

These policies are not in place to be difficult. They are necessary for me to properly organize my route and schedule so I can provide reliable, timely service to everyone the following day. I am a one-person mobile business, and having my schedule finalized the evening before is extremely important.

If this policy does not work for you, I completely understand; however, you will unfortunately need to find another mobile nail-trimming provider.
