RBIS Grand Champion Roper Cherry On Top w/ Sprenkels within 3 shows at 7 months old Sundae has finished her Grand Championship. We will continue to work towards the gemstone titles and other working titles. She also had a chance to try dock diving this weekend and loved it. I cannot take credit for producing Sundae, she was my first puppy purchase since 2013/2016. I was at a point of needing some new blood and decided to go with a puppy from Roper American Bulldogs . I loved Maple and contacted her in advance to let me know of any planned breedings and expressed my interest. Despite having nearly 20 years experience with the breed, I let Steph guide me in my puppy selection process because I trusted her to know her lines. I told her I wanted a puppy that would be competitive for show, had a demeanor that demanded attention and was outgoing. For me the temperament was the most important. Meaning if there was a puppy with better structure but was less outgoing I would prefer the more outgoing puppy. I didn’t have any requirements for markings , head types, or anything else. I had a few puppies I was eyeing and considering but she steered me in the direction of Sundae. She had something that wasn’t always detected in photo in video. Because of her experience I confidently trusted her judgement. This post isn’t only to celebrate Sundae’s success in the show ring but also awareness that if you are trusting a breeder to purchase a puppy from then you should trust their judgement on what is the right fit for you regardless of what your goal is with the puppy. Even simply choosing the best companion requires an experienced eye. Purchasing a puppy should never just be solely the discussion of the purchaser but an honest discussion with the breeder who understands the traits of the breed to guide you in your process. Thank you Stephanie for Sundae

Proudly introducing New Champion Sprenkels Nova. Nova finished her Championship on Saturday at the Mountain View Canine Association. Nova earned BOW x 2 on Saturday then went on to win a Reserve Champion on Sunday in a large group of 6 Champion dogs. Nova also was a Junior dog in the Junior handling ring where Ava got a 4,3 and then 2nd place Junior Handler for her age group! A true testament to her temperament to show in the Junior Ring with a young, first time Junior Handler!
