MEET OUR SHOW JUMPING COACH | MANUEL THIRY

We are happy to work with Manuel Thiry at Haras de Prepinson as our show jumping coach 🐎

Throughout his career, Manuel had the opportunity to work alongside renowned Belgian rider Grégory Wathelet, while also developing his experience and knowledge in several established stables, including Steve Tinti’s.

His approach is built on trust, communication and understanding each horse and rider, helping every combination progress while building on its individual strengths 🤝🏼

A personalised approach to training, with one goal in mind: helping each combination reach its full potential!

We look forward to continuing this work together at Haras de Prepinson 📍

MEET OUR DRESSAGE COACH | SARA OLIVEIRA

Once a month, we have the pleasure of welcoming Sara Oliveira to Haras de Prepinson for dressage sessions, bringing her expertise in classical equitation to the work of our show jumping horses 🐎

Granddaughter of the renowned master Nuno Oliveira, Sara draws on a rich equestrian heritage and a philosophy rooted in balance, lightness and harmony between horse and rider 🤝🏼

Her approach focuses on the fundamentals of flatwork — developing suppleness, strength, straightness and balance to help each horse reach its full potential, both on the flat and over fences.

A thoughtful approach to training, built on respect for the horse and a deep understanding of its needs.

We look forward to continuing this work together at Haras de Prepinson 📍

Back to work 💪🏼

After a well-deserved break in the fields, it’s time for our horses to gradually return to work.

The transition is always progressive, with plenty of attention to their fitness, rhythm and well-being. Back to the arena, back to the routine, and slowly building up towards the season ahead 💫

Team | Meet Eva

Eight years ago, Eva began writing the story of Haras de Prepinson in Belgium.

Since then, she has shaped the Haras into much more than a place dedicated to horses — a welcoming and peaceful environment where attention to detail, passion and a genuine sense of hospitality come together 🤝🏼

Known for her warmth and kindness, Eva brings a personal touch to everything she does. From the horses in the stables to the people who walk through the gates, making everyone feel at home has always been at the heart of her vision.

Eight years later, that vision continues to guide the Haras and its everyday life 💫

At Haras de Prepinson, every horse is developed with patience, precision and a programme adapted to its individual needs 🤝🏼

From the very first handling to the competition arena, we offer four tailored programmes:

FOAL HANDLING
Building confidence from the very beginning, with gentle handling and positive foundations for everyday care.

PRE-BREAKING
Preparing the young horse carefully for its future ridden career, without rushing the process or asking more than it is ready to give.

BREAKING
From the first mounting to the acquisition of calm, balanced ridden basics — with a programme adapted to each horse’s age, maturity and temperament.

SHOW JUMPING TRAINING
A personalised programme focused on development, performance and competition preparation, with regular progress monitoring and close communication with the owner.

Four stages. One philosophy: develop the horse at its own pace, while building solid foundations for the future.

Haras de Prepinson | Breeding

As the 2026 foaling and insemination season comes to an end, it’s time to look back at the foals born this year and ahead to those expected in 2027 💫

Now, our focus shifts to the training and development of the earlier generations — watching them grow, learn and reveal their potential!

From carefully planning each cross to welcoming the foals and guiding the young horses through their first steps in training… what an exciting and rewarding job! 🤝🏼
