We are really sorry to inform you that there has been a major change in the delivery timeframe for our pre-orders. Before, many of you were happy because products used to arrive within only 7 days from Malaysia . But unfortunately, later it became 10 days, then 15 days, then 20 days — and now sometimes it is taking almost a month.
From now on, our estimated delivery timeframe will be around 20–35 days instead of 7–10 days. Please place your orders only after knowing and understanding this situation.
We are honestly very tired of apologizing again and again for delays that are not fully in our control. The main issues are flight shortages after the war situation, increased shipping charges, Bangladesh customs holding parcels for 20+ days, and courier-related problems as well. Flights are not easily available anymore, which is causing serious delays everywhere.
Honestly, even when we import products from Korea to Malaysia, it takes a maximum of 7 days — so this situation has been very shocking and stressful for us too.
We sincerely hope you understand our situation and continue supporting us with patience and love. 🤍
Note: Many sisters often ask why we do not keep ready stock in Bangladesh. Our main business is hijab, and Alhamdulillah we constantly send large amounts of hijab stock there.
But cosmetics and health supplements are very sensitive products. Anything can happen at any time, and there are many safety-related reasons behind this system. Since I do not live in Bangladesh, whenever someone places an order through our page, I personally pack the products here and send them together with our hijab shipments. This way, there is no chance of products being opened or changed by others.
You can say it is almost like a direct international delivery system. We hope you understand our situation and the reasons behind it. 🤍

আমরা খুব দুঃখের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে প্রি-অর্ডারের ডেলিভারি সময়সীমায় অনেক পরিবর্তন এসেছে। আগে অনেক আপু খুব খুশি ছিলেন কারণ প্রোডাক্ট মাত্র ৭ দিনের মধ্যেই পৌঁছে যেত। কিন্তু পরে সেটা ১০ দিন, ১৫ দিন, ২০ দিন হয়ে এখন কখনো কখনো প্রায় এক মাস সময় লেগে যাচ্ছে।
এখন থেকে আমাদের ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা ৭–১০ দিনের বদলে প্রায় ২০–৩৫ দিন হতে পারে। তাই দয়া করে এই বিষয়টি জেনে ও বুঝে অর্ডার করবেন।
সত্যি বলতে আমরা বারবার সরি বলতে বলতে খুব ক্লান্ত হয়ে গেছি, যেখানে পুরো বিষয়টা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেই। মূল সমস্যা হচ্ছে যুদ্ধ পরিস্থিতির পর থেকে সহজে ফ্লাইট পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না, শিপিং খরচ বেড়ে গেছে, বাংলাদেশ কাস্টমস অনেক সময় পার্সেল ২০ দিনেরও বেশি আটকে রাখে, আর কুরিয়ারজনিত সমস্যাও তো আছেই।
সত্যি বলতে, আমি কোরিয়া থেকে মালয়েশিয়ায় কিছু আনালেও সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিন লাগে — তাই এই পরিস্থিতি আমাদের জন্যও খুব অবাক করার মতো এবং কষ্টদায়ক।
আমরা আশা করি আপনারা আমাদের পরিস্থিতি বুঝবেন এবং ধৈর্য ও ভালোবাসা দিয়ে আমাদের পাশে থাকবেন। 🤍
NOTE:বিশেষভাবে জানানো যাচ্ছে, অনেক আপু জিজ্ঞেস করেন কেন আমরা বাংলাদেশে রেডি স্টক রাখি না। আমাদের মূল ব্যবসা হচ্ছে হিজাব, এবং
Alhamdulillah নিয়মিত অনেক হিজাবের স্টক বাংলাদেশে যায়।
কিন্তু কসমেটিকস এবং হেলথ সাপ্লিমেন্ট খুব সংবেদনশীল পণ্য। যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো সমস্যা হতে পারে, এবং এই ব্যবস্থার পেছনে অনেক নিরাপত্তাজনিত কারণ রয়েছে। যেহেতু আমি বাংলাদেশে থাকি না, তাই যখন কেউ পেইজে অর্ডার করেন তখন আমি এখান থেকে নিজে প্রোডাক্ট প্যাক করে হিজাবের ভেতরে সাথে পাঠিয়ে দেই। এতে অন্য কারো প্রোডাক্ট খোলার বা পরিবর্তন করার সুযোগ থাকে না।
আপনারা বলতে পারেন এটা প্রায় সরাসরি আন্তর্জাতিক ডেলিভারি ব্যবস্থার মতো। আশা করি আপনারা বিষয়টি বুঝতে পেরেছেন। 🤍and we are really sorry ৭ দিনে ডেলিভারি মালেয়েশিয়া থেকে এ কথা টা আর রাখতে পারনি❤️🩹
