🐶 WHAT GOES DOWN MUST COME UP! 🐶

These two gorgeous pups recently found themselves in a spot of trouble after getting into some sugar-free gum, which can contain xylitol, an ingredient that is highly toxic to dogs. ⚠️

Xylitol can cause a rapid drop in blood sugar and, in some cases, serious liver injury. Even relatively small amounts can be dangerous, so prompt veterinary attention is essential if you think your dog has eaten something containing xylitol.

And just look at that sad face, Otto! 🥺 What goes down, must come back up! 😂 Thankfully, these two were brought in quickly for treatment and monitoring, and our team was able to get them the care they needed. ❤️🐾

👉 Keep sugar-free gum, lollies, mints and other products containing xylitol well out of your pet's reach.

If you think your dog has eaten xylitol, don't wait for symptoms to appear — contact your veterinarian immediately.

Thankfully, these two little gum thieves are now doing well! 🥰🐶🐶

Mittens recently visited us for his desexing procedure and was such a lovely little patient.

He handled his big day like a champion, and our team made sure he received plenty of cuddles and TLC while he recovered. 🥰

We’re happy to report that Mittens is doing beautifully and is now back home enjoying some well-deserved rest, treats and extra attention! 💙🐾

This handsome little man recently came to visit us, and let's just say he knows exactly what he likes! 😂💕

Squeak is a big fan of butt scritches and smackies — the more attention, the better! 🐾

With his cheeky personality and very specific requirements for a good pat, Squeak certainly kept our team entertained. 😻

We think every cat deserves a little extra love (and plenty of butt scritches!) 💕🐾
