Still flush with zucchini! I’m always amazed when Summer veggies grow better in April than they do in February or March in Sydney. I shouldn’t be, it happens every year.

We had a fantastic farm tour recently and the weather was glorious. Unfortunately there were some last minute cancellations due to sickness, but our small group (including 7 kids!) had a great time exploring the farm.

The kids fed the goats and collected snails whilst the grown ups discussed the difficulty of growing coriander over Summer, were introduced to kang kong and tulsi, and explored stirrup hoes, walking tractors and push seeders.

We will be having another farm tour in a few months once our Winter crops are established.
