π Spring Health - Grooming for Cats π
As the weather warms up, your cat will start shedding their winter coat - which means more loose fur around the house (and on your clothes!). Regular grooming not only keeps their coat healthy but also helps reduce furballs and gives you a chance to spot any fleas, ticks or skin issues early.
β¨ Spring grooming tips:
βοΈ Brush regularly to remove loose fur and prevent matting.
βοΈ Watch out for grass seeds, which can get tangled in fur and cause irritation.
βοΈ Trim nails if needed.
βοΈ Check for lumps, bumps or sore spots while brushing.
β Never use scissors to cut out knots - itβs easy to accidentally cut the skin. Instead, use a detangling comb - or seek professional help from a groomer or our vets.
A little extra grooming this season goes a long way to keeping your cat happy, healthy and comfortable πΈπ±
