Under ultrasound, we collected urine sterile and clean,
for culture to find any bugs unseen.

Though sleepy from sedation, his tail skipped a beat
the moment he heard the magic wordโ€”๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—”๐—ง! ๐Ÿ˜‚

A genius at finding tablets, however discreet,
but ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ต๐˜† ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ, ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ณ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒโ€”our new churu bites had him beat!

He woke up beautifully after his sedation. ๐Ÿ’™

We pulled out all the stops for this little fighter ๐Ÿ’™

At 15 years old, he suddenly went into a renal crisis and needed intensive IV fluids, blood tests, multiple IV medications โ€” with round-the-clock dedication from his very devoted and skilled โ€œgrandparents/babysittersโ€ ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’™

His owner is on her next flight home, cutting her overseas holiday short, a mercy dash to be with him. What a very loved special VIP ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’™

What a battler, he's is looking brighter and stronger every 12 hours, now lapping special formula....I think he knows she'll be home soon to be with him.

Youโ€™ve got this, little guy โ€” everyone is rooting for you, (...and we will forgive the bed-hair look this time round) ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’™

And before anyone asksโ€ฆ yes, he absolutely loves his little basket in front of the warm fire. Not a bad place to recover at all ๐Ÿงบ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’™
