Gus has found something very stinky to roll in… and he’s having the best time 😂🌱

The smellier, the better, apparently! 🤢

P.S. It’s grass seed season — please check your dogs’ coats, paws and ears after walks. 🌾🐾

🐾 Nail care is about comfort, not just appearance.

When nails grow too long, they can:

• Put extra pressure on a dog’s toes & joints
• Affect how their paws sit on the ground
• Have a longer quick—the blood supply inside the nail, which means they may not be safe to trim very short in one visit

✂️ Prince’s nails were carefully trimmed. Regular trims can gradually help maintain a comfortable length & every dog’s needs are different.

No judgement if your dog’s nails have grown long. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to check them & talk through a gentle plan. 🐶

This is what I mean when I talk about a reliable recall. 🐕

Kiki’s bestie was already in the river & she WANTED in 😂🌊

One call. 📣

She immediately disengaged her thought process, stopped, turned around & came straight back to me💨

Recall goal:
❌ Not repeating yourself multiple times
❌ Not having your dog ignore you until it decides to recall
✅ Building a response strong enough to cut through excitement & distraction

And recall isn’t just about giving your dog more freedom. It’s a safety skill. 🛑

Things happen:
🚗 Cars
🦘 Wildlife
🐕 Other dogs
🌊 Water
🚪 An open gate

If your dog’s recall disappears the second something exciting shows up, that’s the part we work on. 🐾

Need help building a stronger, more reliable recall? Send me a message — Helen 0411 919 315
